Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located. Within the US, it will be 2-6 business days. Within Canada, it will be 2-6 business days. Worldwide, it will be 4-21 business days. Taxes and duties will apply if applicable to your country.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, we will accept any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment.

To exchange your product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at support@topknotinc.com and place "Exchange of Product" in the subject line.
  2. Please copy and paste the following template in the body of your email:

  3. Top Knot offers a free return shipping label of your original product, however, the shipping fee for your new exchanged product is required.
    1. Once the above information is received, we will provide you with a free return shipping label that has to be used within 5-7 business days
    2. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item. To do this, we will send through a new order form for you to pay this amount. Shipping costs and delivery times are dependent on your location.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any and all returns of unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.

Please note that the return item(s)

  • Must not be washed, worn, stained or damaged.
  • Must have all original tags/stickers attached.

TOP KNOT will evaluate each item and may refuse to accept due to the item's condition.

Depending upon local shipping carriers, it could take up to 30 days for your return to be received. Once your return is received, inspected, and passes TOP KNOT’s quality control standards, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the amount credited within the following 3 - 5 business days.

Please note that the shipping fee on your original order is non-refundable.

Should your item not meet TOP KNOT’s quality control standards standards, TOP KNOT will be unable to process the refund. Items ineligible for refund will not be returned.

All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Bundles are eligible for return ONLY. Sale items including warehouse and BOGO are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that we are unable to provide a return for International (outside of Canada and US) orders.

However, we are more than happy to offer you a discount code on your next purchase to try out another size or style.
