what is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any and all returns of unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.

Please note that the return item(s)

  • Must not be washed, worn, stained or damaged.
  • Must have all original tags/stickers attached.

TOPKNOT will evaluate each item and may refuse to accept due to the item's condition.

Depending upon local shipping carriers, it could take up to 30 days for your return to be received. Once your return is received, inspected, and passes Top Knot’s quality control standards, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the amount credited within the following 3 - 5 business days.

Please note that the shipping fee on your original order is non-refundable.

Should your item not meet Top Knot’s quality control standards, Top Knot will be unable to process the refund. Items ineligible for refund will not be returned.

All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return. Bundles are eligible for return ONLY. Sale items including warehouse and BOGO are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that we are unable to provide a return for international (besides Canada and US) orders. However, we are more than happy to offer you a discount code on your next purchase to try out another size or style.

If there are any size discrepancies with your order, we would love for you to receive a new, better fitting hat as quickly as possible.

And so, we are now offering free returns on your unworn product. Please see Return Policy above.

To exchange your product, please submit your original item for a free return and purchase your new item from the Top Knot website as per usual.

This will place your return in a faster queue and eliminate any shipping delays associated with receiving your new hat

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Top Knot Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (if any) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Top Knot Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@topknotinc.com. We will try our best to come to a mutual resolution.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Undeliverable Packages

On occasion, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, you will be issued a full refund (minus shipping fees)


Orders that are returned to our warehouse as undeliverable are not able to be reshipped.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

I love the concept of topknot hats. I’ve needed to alter all of the hats, including this one, but this comes closets to the for i want and need for my small/medium sized head. Kudos!
