WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any and all returns of unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.
Please note that the return item(s)
- Must not be washed, worn, stained or damaged.
- Must have all original tags/stickers attached.
TOP KNOT will evaluate each item and may refuse to accept due to the item's condition.
Depending upon local shipping carriers, it could take up to 30 days for your return to be received. Once your return is received, inspected, and passes TOP KNOT’s quality control standards, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the amount credited within the following 3 - 5 business days.
Please note that the shipping fee on your original order is non-refundable.
Should your item not meet TOP KNOT’s quality control standards, TOP KNOT will be unable to process the refund. Items ineligible for refund will not be returned.
All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.
Please note that we are unable to provide a return for international (besides Canada and US) orders. However, we are more than happy to offer you a discount code on your next purchase to try out another size or style.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
If there are any size discrepancies with your order, we would love for you to receive a new, better fitting hat as quickly as possible.
And so, we are now offering free returns on your unworn product. Please see Return Policy above.
To exchange your product, please submit your original item for a free return and purchase your new item from the TOP KNOT website as per usual.
This will place your return in a faster queue and eliminate any shipping delays associated with receiving your new hat.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Below are estimated shipping charges for Canada, USA, and International shipping. Please note that these are estimates and actuals will change based on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In Canada, we primarily use Canada Post. For USA and International shipments, we work with third party shipping providers for overseas shipping.

TOP KNOT ships to addresses within mainland USA, mainland Canada, and accessible International locations, based on our carrier's geographic availability. If you have questions about delivery to your location, please reach out to email@example.com. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
CUSTOMES, DUTIES AND TAXES
TOP KNOT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (if any) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
TOP KNOT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to come to a mutual resolution.
