Love the design of the slot for versatile pony positioning! Also appreciate the fact that there is an XS size. I have a hard time finding caps that are not too big. I gave four instead of five stars because I wish the height of the cap was a bit more shallow. It is not snug against the top of my skull and perches on top of my head a bit more like a trucker cap than I would have liked. Tweak the shape of the peak to make it more sporty, please. Also, the fabric is quite heavy. I have ordered the new performance fabric cap to see whether that fabric is more comfortable. A final suggestion: Widen the sweatband lining to improve the functionality. Overall, I’m quite pleased!

Love the hat, love the concept! Sizing was a bit on the loose side for me (I got the S/M) but I was able to sow it tighter. I tried to get a hassle-free exchange but it seemed more complicated than sowing it myself. Happy overall!

I like it, it's very comfortable, a bit big on me, but nice. It's pretty sleek and simple looking which is what I wanted, my only wish is that I could wear my extremely high ponytail/bun with it, I realize that may be counterintuitive to the structure of the hat t have the opening go up that high on it but it's still a nice hat.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any and all returns of unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.

Please note that the return item(s)

  • Must not be washed, worn, stained or damaged.
  • Must have all original tags/stickers attached.

TOP KNOT will evaluate each item and may refuse to accept due to the item's condition.

Depending upon local shipping carriers, it could take up to 30 days for your return to be received. Once your return is received, inspected, and passes TOP KNOT’s quality control standards, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the amount credited within the following 3 - 5 business days.

Please note that the shipping fee on your original order is non-refundable.

Should your item not meet TOP KNOT’s quality control standards standards, TOP KNOT will be unable to process the refund. Items ineligible for refund will not be returned.
