What are the differences between
CASUAL AND PERFORMANCE STYLE?

Our Performance Style Top Knot has an unstructured crown that takes on the curvature of your head. It provides a snug fit during your workouts and is made of performance-tech fabric that is both lightweight and breathable. It also features a built in, perspiration absorbing sweatband.

For good care, this product can be put into the washer (delicate bag recommended) and air-dried.

Our Casual Style Top Knot has a structured crown (more similar to a traditional baseball cap) which is made of a satin-finish fabric. It is designed for athleisure and is perfect for matching your everyday wear!

To care for this product it is recommended to hand-wash only.

I’M IN CANADA - WHY IS MY CHECKOUT PRICE IN USD?

In Canada, our prices listed in CAD but the backend of our store remains in USD. This means in Canada you will browse the site in CAD, but when you check out, your cart will be converted to USD. This is a direct conversion and no extra money is collected. You will be charged the USD amount on your card and the converted CAD amount will show up on your bank statement.

HOW DO I APPLY DISCOUNT CODES?

When you have a valid discount code, you can enter it at the checkout screen in the respective text box. Please note that only (1) discount code per order can be used.

I AM PRE ORDERING MY TOP KNOT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

We'd like to thank you for your pre order!

A Pre Order allows you to buy a Top Knot while waiting for the next production run. Depending on which style you purchased (Casual or Performance), we have an approximate time when you will receive your item and will communicate this on the website under the given product.

Once we ship, you will be provided with full tracking numbers and details on shipment.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, so everyone can enjoy a Top Knot! Shipping fees and times will apply and be dependent on location.

how do i track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order. Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located. Within the US, it will be 4-7 business days. Within Canada, it will be 4-14 business days. Worldwide, it will be 4-21 business days. Taxes and duties will apply if applicable to your country.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any and all returns of any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.

Please note that the return item(s)

  • Must not be washed, worn, stained or damaged.
  • Must have all original tags/stickers attached.

TOPKNOT will evaluate each item and may refuse to accept due to the item's condition.

**Note for US orders: Due to our US carrier partner and cross-border customs, it could take up to 30 days for your return to be received.

Once your return is received, inspected, and passes Top Knot’s quality control standards, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the amount credited within the following 3 - 5 business days.

Please note that the shipping fee on your original order is non-refundable, and a restocking fee of USD 5.99 will be deducted from the total amount.

Should your item not meet Top Knot’s quality control standards standards, Top Knot will be unable to process the refund. Items ineligible for refund will not be returned.

All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Bundles are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. Sale items including warehouse and BOGO are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that we are unable to provide a return for international (besides Canada and US) orders. However, we are more than happy to offer you a discount code on your next purchase to try out another size or style.

To process a return:

  1. Click here to start a Return process.
  2. Enter the order# and email/phone that matches the one used for the purchase.
  3. Once the request is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label that has to be used within 5-7 business days. After this period the return is considered canceled.

Please retain all shipping information including drop-off receipt for your records.

WHAT IS YOUR exchange POLICY?

If you would like to exchange your hat, we will accept any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.

Please note that the returned item(s):

  • Must not be washed, worn, stained, or damaged.
  • Must have all original tags/stickers attached.

Top Knot will evaluate each item and may refuse to accept it due to the item's condition.

Please note that your exchange is subject to a handling fee of USD 3.99. Once the fee is completed, you will receive a complimentary return label to send the unworn hat(s) back to our facility. Kindly note that the exchanged item is a Final Sale and will not be eligible for further return/exchange.

Should your item(s) not meet Top Knot’s quality control standards, Top Knot will be unable to process the exchange. Items ineligible for exchange can be sent back to you at your expense.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within the 2 hours of placing your order; support@topknotinc.com. Ensure the subject line has your order number and “Change to Order” or "Cancel Order" in it. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 2 hours.

Extra Care Tip: We recommend wiping the inside of your hat with anti- bacterial wipe after your workout.
