Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Below are estimated shipping charges for Canada, USA and International shipping. Please note that these are estimates and actuals will change based on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In Canada, we primarily use Canada Post. For USA and international shipments, we work with third party shipping providers for overseas shipping.

Delivery delays may occur based on carrier shipping lead times.  Express Shipping rates are available in Canada and the US starting at $12.99.

Standard shipping rates for Canada (up to $50.00 cart value) - $7.99
Standard shipping rates for Canada (above $50.00 cart value) - Free
Standard shipping rates for USA (up to $50.00 cart value) - $6.99
Standard shipping rates for USA (above $50.00 cart value) - Free
International shipping rates - $14.99

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Top Knot Inc. ships to addresses within mainland USA, mainland Canada and accessible international locations, based on our carrier's geographic availability. If you have questions about delivery to your location, please reach out to support@topknotinc.com. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Top Knot Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (if any) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Top Knot Inc. is not liable for any issues that may occur while the package is in possession of the carrier. Please contact us at support@topknotinc.com with any issues that arise, but kindly note that we are unable to control or redirect the package once it is in transit.

If you have an issue with your package being lost, stolen or damaged please contact us at support@topknotinc.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Undeliverable Packages 

On occasion, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, you will be issued a full refund (minus shipping fees)

Orders that are returned to our warehouse as undeliverable are not able to be reshipped.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
