WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any and all returns of unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.
Please note that the return item(s)
- Must not be washed, worn, stained or damaged.
- Must have all original tags/stickers attached.
TOP KNOT will evaluate each item and may refuse to accept due to the item's condition.
Depending upon local shipping carriers, it could take up to 30 days for your return to be received. Once your return is received, inspected, and passes TOP KNOT’s quality control standards, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the amount credited within the following 3 - 5 business days.
Please note that the shipping fee on your original order is non-refundable.
Should your item not meet TOP KNOT’s quality control standards standards, TOP KNOT will be unable to process the refund. Items ineligible for refund will not be returned.
All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Bundles are eligible for return ONLY. Sale items including warehouse and BOGO are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that we are unable to provide a return for International (outside of Canada and US) orders.

DAMAGES

Undeliverable Packages
On occasion, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, you will be issued a full refund (minus shipping fees)
Orders that are returned to our warehouse as undeliverable are not able to be reshipped.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

I've worn the hat almost everyday since I received it, I LOVE it what much! It is lightweight and cool, stays on your head (even during high winds on a lake), and is very comfortable. It has been amazing to not have to plan my hairstyles around my hat and have full freedom with the magnets along the whole back end. One recommendation when ordering is measure your head with your hair up. I measured with my hair down and the elastic is a bit big. It may be more comfortable and cool this way, though, so I'm not bothered.

I love the material and how well-made this hat is. My only complaint I have is the sizing. The S/M is a tad too tight and the M/L is a bit big. I’ll need to put a few stitches for it to fit properly. Still love my hats!

CanadaI have yet to find the perfect hat for my head. The xs/s was too tight. It gave me a head ache pretty quick, and the s/m is just a tad too loose. I do love the back opening and the light, slick design. The colour options are nice, too!
