Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any and all returns of any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.
Please note that the return item(s)
- Must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- Must have all original tags/stickers attached.
TOPKNOT will evaluate each item and may refuse to accept due to the item's condition.
All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Bundles are eligible for return ONLY. Sale items including warehouse and BOGO are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the amount credited within the next 3 - 5 business days. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we are unable to provide a return for international (besides Canada and US) orders. However, we are more than happy to honor a discount code on your next purchase to try out another size.
Please retain all shipping information including drop-off receipt for your records.
